About Us

"Only 8 minutes bus ride from Bath city centre"

At Beech Cottage our focus is on comfort, cleanliness and functionality, rather than chintzy surroundings. Breakfasts are more about nourishing, health options than fancy napkins and fussy preparations. We use mugs rather than cups and saucers. Our peaceful cottage in the woods is only eight minutes bus ride from Bath's hectic city centre.

Local Knowledge

Local knowledge is part of what we offer. Jeff spent many years on the Bath city council and in 1995/96 served as the 768th Mayor of Bath. On arrival we'll offer you a cup of tea - a free map and suggestions for making the most of your time in Bath. In the city and in the nearby countryside, there are lovely walks we can tell you about!
